As we continue our 10 year anniversary celebration we’re teaming up with our pals at Southside Gallery for an event…

We’re throwing an Art Party FRIDAY, April 15 at 6 p.m. at Southside Gallery

“Famous Shoes” is a new body of artwork from our pal–and long-time record store collaborator–J. Burwell, who will be present for the event. Josh is responsible for some of the most beloved End of All Music swag, poster designs, good laughs, and guiding creativity for the past 10 years.

Our buddy Cecil Price Walden is going to blow your mind on the piano (at 7:30 p.m.). We’re extremely excited to host Price for a rare solo performance. Price is a noted musician throughout the South. A composer, he writes wind ensembles, opera, vocal pieces, and arrangements. He has been commissioned by various entities throughout the region, including the Southern Foodways Alliance, and has had pieces performed at the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum and Carnegie Hall.

Our friend, George, from Harvy_Dug, is going to spin some records throughout the evening.

Free from 6 to 7 p.m. so you can check out the artwork.

Cover is $8 at the door once music starts. All moneys going to the musicians.
